1. GRAB A BITE

Lunch (or dinner) is served at the Brick Farm Tavern conveniently located on the same property as the distillery. This farm-to-table restaurant has beautiful decor and plenty of outdoor space. The grass-fed burger is our favorite and a must-have.

2. TAKE A HIKE

The Sourland Mountains are one of the best hiking locations in New Jersey. Bring youar hiking shoes and explore our namesake’s natural beauty. Click here to pick your trail and plan your hike.

3. GET A SCOOP

Head to the Bent Spoon in Princeton for a scoop (or 3) of ice cream made with organic ingredients to satisfy your sweet tooth. Tucked into a beautiful square with plenty of shops and a quick walk to the Princeton University campus.

4. SPEND THE NIGHT

With its blend of historic charm and contemporary comfort, the Nassau Inn in downtown Princeton is just a 20 minute drive or cab ride from the distillery. A block from Princeton University, this circa-1930s hotel is set in a Revolutionary War-era tavern.
